The Audio Mastering Techniques course aims to give students a professional-level understanding of the mastering process to create a high-fidelity, competitive master that can be released through streaming services or other media. The module begins by discussing the purpose of mastering, and mastering studios, including acoustics, monitoring, and outboard gear. Students will learn specific tools and techniques to enhance and correct a given mix, guiding them to create radio and streaming-ready masters in any genre.
