COURSE ENROLMENT PLACEMENT POLICY
Please note that course registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. A registration is only deemed successful and complete when all required documentation and payments are received. As limited space is available for this course, we recommend that you finalize the registration process as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
A non-refundable course registration fee is payable as part of your course registration. You will need to submit your proof of payment with the rest of your documentation.
SENIOR CERTIFICATE / NQF LEVEL 4 OR HIGHER
A valid matric certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 certificate is needed as entry requirement to the course. If you are currently completing grade 12, you may submit your latest matric exam results and later submit your Senior Certificate before the course commences.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
You can view, print or download your Letter of Acceptance to this course. Use your login details at first registration.
All foreign students need to submit a study permit obtainable from your local Embassy, allowing access to the country. To apply for a study permit - please use the course Letter of Acceptance and course quotation.
SIGNED TERMS & CONDITIONS
The downloadable Terms and Conditions serves as a contract between the College and student for the duration of the course. Please download, sign and submit this form as part of your registration process.
COURSE QUOTATION FOR FUNDING PURPOSES
If you need a course cust breakdown for funding purposes - please contact the College registrar.
All monthly installments are done by Debit Order. Please download the Debit Order Form here.
Then submit your debit order by means of the following methods:
- Submit the Debit order form directly at the college in Hatfield, Pretoria
- Email the Debit order form to the College registrar at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Upload the Debit order form during the online registration process.
For all course-related payments view the College's Bank Account details and use the following reference number:
"Course Code + Username (Example: n-dmt02: JohnDoe)
After submitting your registration application, you will receive a Submission ID number that you need to provide as reference number when you contact us regarding any submission related enquiries.
